01 · UNDERSTAND

What does naturopathy mean here?

Naturopathy brings together different approaches to lifestyle and wellbeing. At SOLÉA, support starts with your daily life: meals, routines, rest, activity and the changes you find difficult to make.

Practices grouped under this name do not all have the same level of evidence. The usefulness and risks of a suggestion need to be considered: the word “natural” is not enough to justify it. The support described here is non-medical.

02 · MY APPROACH

Listen, prioritise and make change manageable.

I am Myriam Chemmakh. With 10 years of experience and training in France and abroad, I offer a space to understand your habits without reducing your life to a list of instructions.

We start with your actual circumstances: your schedule, preferences, environment and the changes you feel ready to try. We choose a few priorities rather than an unmanageable programme.

Experience or training in naturopathy is not a medical qualification. When a request falls outside wellbeing support, referral to an appropriate healthcare professional is part of respecting these boundaries.

03 · DAILY HABITS

Everyday starting points.

These themes help structure the conversation. They are not a universal protocol: any guidance needs to remain compatible with your circumstances and medical care.

Organising meals

Explore your routine, preferences and practical meal constraints without applying a standard diet.

Making space for rest

Discuss schedules, evening habits and the conditions that make rest more accessible.

Movement that fits your life

Consider activity suited to your abilities and any medical guidance you have received.

Pauses during the day

Identify demanding moments and consider practical adjustments to your routine.

04 · THE REVIEW

The vitality review: 1 h 45 to take stock.

“Review” means an in-depth conversation here, not a medical examination. We clarify your request, explore your habits and identify practical constraints. It does not diagnose a disease, deficiency or hormonal imbalance.

The conversation concludes with clear priorities and a personalised one-month programme. You know what you will try, why it was chosen and what you will use to reflect on progress. The full format costs $70.

05 · FOLLOW-UP

A month to try, reflect and adjust.

A monthly programme is a flexible plan. It may address meal organisation, an evening routine, breaks or activity suited to your circumstances. It is built around the goals agreed with you.

Follow-up allows discussion of what was manageable, difficulties encountered and useful adjustments. Its frequency and arrangements are clarified with Myriam when confirming the appointment. No improvement or medical outcome is guaranteed.

06 · CHILDREN

Ages 6–12: an approach involving the parent.

The child consultation lasts 45 minutes and costs $40. A parent or legal guardian attends. The child has a voice in the conversation, with age-appropriate language and no judgement about their body or abilities.

We can explore meal organisation, rest, activities and family routines. No restrictive diet, fasting, “detox” or supplement prescription follows automatically from this conversation.

Symptoms, growth, significant eating difficulties and developmental concerns need assessment by appropriate professionals. The consultation does not replace medical, paediatric or existing specialist care.

Read the herb guide for ages 6–12

07 · BOUNDARIES

Boundaries that protect your health.

No medical diagnosis is made and prescribed treatment must not be changed or stopped. Wellbeing advice must not delay necessary medical care.

Herbs and supplements are not automatic recommendations. Preparations, doses, interactions and individual circumstances require appropriate checking with a healthcare professional. Herbarium profiles provide information, not personalised prescriptions.

Seek medical advice for new, unusual, persistent or worsening symptoms. WhatsApp is used here to arrange appointments; it is not an emergency service.

08 · YOUR QUESTIONS

Before you start.

Can I come with just one question?+

Yes. The 30-minute express format at $40 explores one specific lifestyle concern. If your request needs a broader discussion, the appropriate format can be agreed before the appointment.

Should I stop my treatment?+

No. Continue your care and treatment. Changes are the responsibility of the healthcare professional treating you.

Will herbs or supplements always be suggested?+

No. Support can focus entirely on your habits. A herb is never chosen simply because it is natural.

How can I prepare?+

Note your main goal, practical constraints and questions. During the conversation, you can mention ongoing medical care or treatment without sending health records on WhatsApp.

How do I arrange an appointment?+

Choose a consultation and use its WhatsApp button. You can edit the message before sending. Myriam then confirms availability and arrangements with you.
